Valerie MokidesDr. Valerie Mokides is a graduate of New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and  is an affiliated with the Long Island Jewish/North Shore Health Care System. She is an advocate of healthy living and believes that the foundation of health care starts with preventative medicine. She has successfully used both wholistic and orthodox approaches together to archive optimum health for her pediatric patients since 1987.

Daisy Vasquez-RomanDaisy is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition which is affiliated with Columbia University and accredited as a Holistic Health Counselor by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She has studied with renowned experts in the field of nutrition and healthy lifestyle such as Andrew Weil, M.D., Anne Marie Colbin, P.h.D., Paul Pitchford, and Deepak Chopra. In addition, she holds a Master of Science in Education degree, and has practiced as a school psychologist for the past twelve years working with special needs children and their families.

The nutrition we provide for our children will significantly impact their entire lives. The earlier in life that healthy education and habits begin, the more positive impact we can have.

Daisy Vasquez-Roman, Board Certified Holistic Health Counselor, gives parents the tools to build a foundation for healthy living at home.
